By accessing or using AppGorilla ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppGorilla is a community-driven platform for discovering discounted mobile applications. We aggregate deals submitted by users and developers, and facilitate click-through traffic to app stores.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account or use another person's account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. User Responsibilities

When using AppGorilla, you agree to:

• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent deals
• Not manipulate votes or engage in vote fraud
• Not spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Not attempt to circumvent click tracking or billing systems
• Not use automated systems or bots without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Deal Submission Guidelines

When submitting deals, you agree that:

• The deal information is accurate and current
• You have the right to submit the deal
• The discount is at least 30% off the original price
• The deal does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We may edit, reject, or remove deals at our discretion

6. Developer Terms

For developers using AppGorilla to promote apps:

• You will be charged 2¢ (EUR 0.02) per click-through to your app store listing
• A minimum deposit of €5 is required to start
• Click tracking is done via our redirect system
• Invalid clicks (bots, fraud) will not be charged
• Refunds are available for unused balance within 30 days
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension

8. Intellectual Property

• AppGorilla and its original content are owned by us
• User-submitted content remains your property
• By submitting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it
• App names, icons, and descriptions remain property of their respective owners

9. Disclaimers

• Deals are submitted by users and may be inaccurate or expired
• We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of any deal
• We are not responsible for transactions made on third-party app stores
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppGorilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

11. Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, is fraudulent, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
